Words Matter!

Your words matter. You have the incredible opportunity to build people up every day in every interaction you have.

You don't have to have a title to speak respectfully to someone. You don't have to take a three week course to learn how to do it.

I believe we all have it inside of us to make a positive impact on those around us.
