One Mistake Does Not Define You

One mistake doesn't define you.
The moments are important but when a mistake happens in that moment we need to make sure of two things.
1) If we make the mistake we do not dwell on it and let it define who we are or the future path we will be on. Admit it, learn from it and move on.
2) If it is someone else, someone we lead, let them know that it will not define them and who they can become. Continue to believe in them and support them.
Mistakes. They can happen. OK, let's be honest. They do happen so just decide that you will be better and stronger because of them.
Here is a beautiful thing that I have experienced. The mistake can sometimes lead you to the next thing, and the next thing can be better and even turn into what is better than what you experienced before the mistake.
Turn that mistake (negative) into a positive. You may be surprised and see a plan unfold that you never dreamed of.
