Want to be better at something?

Give a little extra.

Want the team to be better?

Give a little extra.

Want those around you in the workplace to be better?

Give a little extra.

But what about their part in it?

If I give a little extra will they? What if they don't?

The answer?

It doesn't matter.

We are each responsible for what we can do.

If you want more. Serve more. Give more. Give a little extra. If you get enough people doing that together great things, unimaginable things, can and will happen.
