Grace is defined as "courteous goodwill".

Respect

We need more grace in the world. Maybe it should start with you and me.

It could start by leaders (everyone) doing what is right and not what is easy.

Live and lead with grace. I don't think it's hard to do but we have to make a choice to do it.
